Hi Claudio, Thanks for posting! Keystation Pro 88 is not fully supported for use with Windows 10, but it is class-compliant meaning it should not require any additional drivers and should still work. If you're having trouble connecting, check out our troubleshooting guide: There's been a lot of trouble with Windows 10 and USB 3. For this you may want to try out a powered USB 2. Hi Corey, I have used a Keystation Pro 88 on a win10 x64 PC fine for a long time with pro tools. I cant recall when I used it last, maybe before I upgraded to Pro Tools 12. I have scoured the net, called Avid etc, and trashed prefs, etc, reinstalled, and all that but failed to check Device Manager. When I did a little whle ago, I discovered it is quite clearly not a pro tools issue, but a device issue with Win 10. So I have tried plugging it into a generic hub, and doing a ton of things to no avail. It's a great keyboard and class compliant, but it sits in Device Manager under 'Other Devices' with a yellow triangle against the name Keystation Pro 88, so it recognises it, but reports, on updating the driver, that there are no drivers available for it. Can't something be done about this please? It seems to be a common issue for quite a few people. Brent HI Brent, We can't rule out a possible hardware problem here. Select Warranty or Service Inquiry from the drop down menu. This will not require a support code. Select your country to find the nearest office. Please let me know if you have any more questions. Hi Corey, Thanks for your response, I will answer here hopefully for the benefit of others too. It's fixed, here's how it worked for me. I contacted Avid, then yourselves then Microsoft who remoted into my pc. The Pro 88 showed up in Device Manager in 'Other' as a failed connection, Yellow Triangle with exclamation mark but curiously, also appeared at the same time in USB Devices as a Composite Device with no error warning , and both entries then disappeared if the Pro 88 was disconnected. Microsoft Chat Support a really helpful guy called Christian then decided as a last resort to push Win 10 Pro out direct from their servers to replace the Win 10 Pro I had installed and kept updated. At some stage it must have become corrupt because the new Win 10 worked and the Pro 88 appeared as a USB Composite Device in Device Manager closed without any warnings , which meant that Pro Tools could then see it in Midi devices, and I lived happily ever after.

I hope this helps. An extra bonus is that when you switch the unit off, it retains whatever is in the current setup as an additional memory, so you can have a complicated multi-Group selection available to you at power-up. Warranty and non-warranty claims cannot be handled here on the forum but I can m audio 88 keystation pro you in the right direction. In fact, no keyboard this size has been able to work directly with computers via USB before, so that in itself makes it unique. In contrast, the majority of manufacturers seem to be steering away from larger, weighted-action master keyboards. A keyboard that you will never outgrow. An extra bonus is that when you switch the unit off, it retains whatever is in the current setup as an additional memory, so you can have a complicated multi-Group selection available to you at power-up. Small MIDI keyboards which take their power from their USB connection have become quite common of late, but it is quite something to play an 88-note weighted mother keyboard that doesn't need to be plugged into the mains. Sorry, we were unable to perform your search at this time. This is because in addition to the keyboard itself, the Keystation also features one of the few things I felt was missing from the Evolution MK400-series controllers, namely an additional hardware MIDI Input on the back panel.
